What services do you provide?
We offer full and partial event planning and coordination to fit our clients’ needs and budget, creating a worry-free event! We love bringing a bride and groom’s wedding vision to life, helping parents plan the perfect birthday party for their child, decorating a home or office for the holidays, tailoring to campaign events for political candidates, and helping corporations plan community events. The Pink Peony is proud to offer a diverse set of services. From our hand lettering artists, equipment and decor rentals, and our custom balloon arches to our fully coordinated weddings, parties, and community events, we are confident in our skills and knowledge to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients.
How early should I book my event?
We book most events months (even years) in advance, so we recommend you reserve your date as early as possible! We understand, however, that sometimes life happens! If your event is quickly approaching and you haven’t started, please fill out the questionnaire and let us see if we can help you!
What is the process for booking events?
First, fill out the contact form and schedule a consultation! Next, send me all of the “good stuff” you’ve already thought of or collected (inspirational photos, ideas, color schemes, themes, etc.). At the consultation appointment, we will go over everything! The final steps are signing the contract and paying the retainer. Once your event is booked, just sit back and let us handle the rest!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we are happy to offer payment plans! We do, however, require a retainer fee at the time of booking and the full balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Do you create custom parties?
Yes, all the time! We have created hundreds of custom parties for engagements, bridal showers, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, anniversary celebrations, gender reveals, baby showers, birthdays, surprise parties, sleepovers, tea/ garden parties, grand openings, company holiday gatherings, and retirement parties!
Themes we have planned include, but are not limited to: Taylor Swift, reptiles, “On Cloud 9”, Toy Story, Hawaiian Luaus, Army, Barbie, glow in the dark, dinosaurs, princess, Disney, 80’s and 90’s decades, Sweet 16, Construction, Halloween, Corporate Christmas, and many more! Like something we’ve done in the past? We can recreate any theme while still making it unique and special for YOU! Want something no one has ever done before? Tell us your ideas! We love a good theme and are always up for a challenge!
Do you travel?
Of course! We love to travel! We are primarily based in Middle Tennessee, but if our schedule allows, we would love to travel to make your event perfect!
How far in advance should I order rentals?
Rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to be guaranteed availability. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you!
